Scope
In the Journal of Selcuk University Social Sciences Institute, researches in the field of social sciences, especially business, economics, communication, history, literature, international relations and law are included.

Broadcast Frequency
Selcuk University Journal of Social Sciences Institute (SUSBED) is an international peer-reviewed journal published three times a year in April, August and December.

Article Evaluation Process
The articles sent to the Journal of Selcuk University Institute of Social Sciences are reviewed by the Editor for their compliance with the publication principles, and then forwarded to the Editorial Office to be sent to the referees after being reviewed by the Field Editorial Office. Articles that do not comply with the Publication Principles are returned to the authors.

See. Matters to be Considered in Submitting an Article
In the evaluation of the articles sent for publication to the Journal of Selcuk University Social Sciences Institute, at least two referees' opinions are taken in the context of quality scientific articles and academic impartiality. The names of the referees and authors are confidential. Referee opinions and reports are kept for 5 years. In case of a negative or a positive one from the referee reports, a third referee report is received and the final decision of the article, "ACCEPT" is processed in the system by the Editorial Board in line with the opinions of the Editorial Board and notified to the author. Articles that are not accepted for publication as a result of referee reports are processed as "RET" in the system and reported to the author. Authors upload the article they adapted to the article template file, the Ethics report, the Contribution Rate and Conflict of Interest Statement form, the Plagiarism Report and the Copyright Agreement Form to the system while submitting the article.

Publication Language
Selcuk University Institute of Social Sciences Journal's writing languages are Turkish and English. Spelling and punctuation are based on the latest edition of the TDK Spelling Guide. Submitted articles must be clear and understandable, in accordance with scientific criteria in terms of language and expression.
Articles, using the Word reference system, in accordance with APA7 rules, Turkish and English title, Turkish and English abstract (minimum 150, maximum 200 words), keywords (minimum 5 concepts), type of study, extended English abstract (600-800 words) ) and bibliography in accordance with APA7 rules.

Citation and Reference System
Selcuk University Institute of Social Sciences requires compliance with the Word reference system in the article writing of the Journal, and APA7 rules in citation and bibliography.

Plagiarism Detection Policy
If the similarity rate detected by TURNITIN or iThenticate scanning programs in plagiarism detection is over 15%, the relevant study cannot be published even if it is approved by the referee. If the study was published without noticing the situation, once the situation is noticed, access to the relevant study is blocked and the study is removed from the publication list and from the full issue. Again, in line with the report, the similarity rate of the articles to a single source cannot be higher than 3%. During the application, the author(s) should upload the TURNITIN or iThenticate report together with the study to the system.

Open Access Policy
Selcuk University Journal of Social Sciences Institute (SUSBED) is provided free of charge to the readers or the institutions that the readers are involved in. Readers can read, download, copy, search and link the full text of journal articles without permission from the publisher or author, except for commercial purposes. Articles in Selcuk University Journal of Social Sciences Institute (SUSBED) are open access.

Published archives and all current digital records of Selcuk University Journal of Social Sciences Institute are stored and used in the Dergipark (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/susbed) system.

Publication and Evaluation Fee
All expenses of Selcuk University Journal of Social Sciences Institute (SUSBED) are covered by Selcuk University Social Sciences Institute. Acceptance of articles, execution of processes and publication of articles in the journal are free of charge. No fee is charged for articles submitted to the journal or accepted for publication.

Authors own the copyright of their work published in the journal, and their work is released as open access under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. All commercial rights related to the article belong to the authors.

Article Acceptance
Articles submitted to the Journal of Selcuk University Institute of Social Sciences must not have been previously published or accepted for publication in any scientific journal.
