The study examines the impact of organizational justice in its dimensions: fairness of distribution, fairness of procedures, fairness of transactions, fairness of interactions, fairness of information distribution on the quality of services in the Salalah Methanol Company. The study suggested that organizational justice is one of the important organizational constructs that affect the efficiency of the performance of employees in all operations in the organization. The identification of lack of segmentation of employees in the company were some issues related to not distributing work fairly, or not getting these employees certain rights, rewards and appreciations. The study population consisted of the Salalah Methanol Company's (350) employees. A stratified random sample of (184) employees was selected according to the Krejcie & Morgan (1970) sample size table. The questionnaire consisted of (51) statements divided into two domains. The study findings showed that: The fairness of interactions and the fairness of information had a very high impact. The fairness of dealings, the fairness of procedures and the fairness of distribution in the company was highly appreciated. The quality of services in the research company was high, and the respondents considered that the equipment and advanced technology are suitable for the level of services for the specialized staff. Quality of services was found to be the lowest contributor. Meanwhile, there is a statistically significant positive relationship of (0.459) between organizational justice and quality of services.
