This quantitative study discussed the impact of digital transformation on the development of administrative skills development at the Ministry of Interior in the UAE. When I aimed to: measure the level of digital transformation, measure the level of administrative skills, know the impact of digital transformation on the development of administrative skills development at the Ministry of Interior. The descriptive analytical method was adopted, and the quantitative method was used in data collection. The study population consisted of all leaders and computer specialists, technical officers, and administrative leaders, which numbered (874) single. The researcher chose a stratified random sample, which amounted to (267) individuals. The researcher designed two measures, the first: for digital transformation, consisting of (20) phrases, distributed in (4) areas. The second: the measure of managerial skills; It consists of (37) phrases, distributed in (4) dimensions. The statistical methods used: Pearson's correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha, (Spearman-Brown) equation, descriptive analysis, one-way analysis of variance. The results of the study showed: that the level of digital transformation in the Ministry of Interior came at a high rate. The field of qualifying workers for digital transformation was the highest in the field, followed by the field of strategic planning, the environment of the institution, and finally the recruitment of practical competencies. The average level of the Ministry of Interior's administrative skills was also high. Where the field of communication skills scored the highest in the fields, followed by the field of business management and organization skill, followed by the field of the skill of making plans, while the field of change management skills ranked the lowest. There is an impact of the independent variable, digital transformation, on the dependent variable, administrative skills, at the level of statistical significance (0.05).
