The current scientific research is studies
an administrative structure in order to optimize the activities and the overall
management. It aims at establishing duplicate functions in the organization
under study. The main tasks in the analysis are related to the display of the
basic findings and conclusions for the strongest sides and the fields for
improvement regarding the relevance, the effectiveness and the efficiency on
administration of the Commission on Protection against Discrimination. The
following areas are thoroughly and critically analyzed: relevance of the
functions and efficiency of the activity. As a result of the study a Strategy
for Organizational Development and a Training Plan have been drafted.
