Archiving and Data Distribution Policy

The editor ensures that the published material is archived securely. The Journal of Social Economic Research sends the published articles to electronic archives on an open access basis without any action by the author(s) and makes them fully accessible. The author or the funding organization can upload a copy of the author's accepted article to the archive sites. The author license of the Journal of Social Economic Research permits reuse for non-commercial use only, citing the source of the article (with a full citation). For commercial use, permission from the authors is required.
The Journal of Social Economic Research undertakes to keep all articles open access under the CC-BY-NC Creative Commons license and to store the full text content on archive platforms and the Journal of Social Economic Research website.

The publisher of the Journal of Social Economic Research (e-ISSN: 2148-3043) is pleased to announce its archive policy in accordance with its policy of supporting the dissemination of research results.
• The Journal of Social Economic Research allows authors to use the final published version of an article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving (author's personal website) and/or archiving in an institutional repository after publication
• Authors may self-archive their articles in public and/or commercial subject-based repositories. There is no embargo period, but the published source must be acknowledged and a link to the journal homepage or the article's DOI should be set.
• Authors can download the output of the article as a PDF document. Authors may also send copies of the article to their colleagues without any embargo
• Social and Economic Research Journal allows all versions of the article (Submitted Version, Accepted Version, Published Version) to be archived in an institutional or other archive of the author's choice, without embargo
• Social and Economic Research Journal uses the LOCKSS system to allow for the creation of permanent archives. The LOCKSS Program, based at Stanford University Libraries, provides award-winning, low-cost, open-source digital preservation tools to libraries and publishers to enable permanent and authorized access to digital content. The LOCKSS Program is a library-led digital preservation system built on the principle of "lots of copies keep stuff safe." It develops and supports libraries using open-source, peer-to-peer digital preservation software

There are no processing or submission fees charged for papers submitted to or accepted for publication in the journal. As part of its publishing policies, the Journal of Socio-Economic Research does not accept sponsorships or advertisements.
