This research aims to test the effect of practicing organizational justice on the performance of employees in the General Court of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman. Where the researcher adopted the descriptive survey method, and according to the nature of the study, the researcher used the quantitative method using the cross-sectional method in data collection. The study population amounted to (2,207) employees, a stratified random sample of (327) was selected according to the Stephen Thompson equation, but data analysis according to (SEM) requires a large sample; So the sample was (500) employees. The questionnaire consisted of (45) items for data collection, and (500) questionnaires were distributed to the sample. Analysis methods used: descriptive analysis, program (Smart pls. v3) to conduct the measurement model to assess the validity and stability of the data, the use of the structural model in order to study the structural relationships between the study variables. The results of the study revealed: Organizational justice and employee performance were at a high level, and organizational justice came first. There is a direct positive effect of practicing organizational justice on the performance of employees in the General Court of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman.
