This study aims to investigate the impact of the dimensions of administrative creativity on the performance of employees in the General Court of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman. The study adopted the descriptive survey approach, which is appropriate to its nature and objectives, adopting the quantitative method and the cross-sectional method in data collection. And to serve this purpose and guided by the theoretical literature and previous studies, a questionnaire consisting of (40) statements was designed to collect data related to the variables of the study. Krejcie and Morgan, (1970). Data were analysed using SPSS version (26) to perform descriptive analyses. The program (Smart pls) version (3) was used to conduct the standard model (Measurement Model) in evaluating the validity and stability of the data, and the structural model (Structural Model) was used in order to study the structural relationships between the variables of the study. Where the results of the study found: There is a direct positive effect of three dimensions of administrative creativity, namely: originality, flexibility and a sense of the problem on the performance of workers in the General Office of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman. While the results did not show a direct effect of the fluency dimension on the performance of these workers, it was found that despite the workers' possession of impartiality and flexibility as well as a sense of the problem, there is a deficiency in the abundance of ideas in terms of diversity and abundance. It is expected that those in charge of the General Office of the Ministry of Education will benefit from the results and recommendations of this study in improving the performance of employees, by paying attention to administrative creativity among employees.
