This article aims to reveal the attitudes of the employees of the General Directorate of Labor towards activating the electronic documents system. This is a part of an expanded study conducted by the researcher entitled The impact of activating the electronic documents system and its relationship to developing performance among the employees of the General Directorate of Labor. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the study population consisted of all the employees of the Directorate, which numbered (86) individuals, of whom (56) were male employees, and (30) were female employees. The study sample was chosen by the comprehensive survey method, and the number of respondents was (71) individuals. The researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (32) items divided into five areas: improving public services, improving administrative efficiency, improving moral behavior, improving trust in government, and improving social value. The following statistical methods were used: descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, reliability coefficient using Cronbach's alpha, results indicated; the rate of attitudes of the General Directorate of Labor's employees towards activating the electronic document system was at a high level, reaching an average of (3.9). The field of improving administrative efficiency came in the first place at a high level, followed by the field of "improving confidence in the government" in the second place, and in the third place the field of "improving public services". Finally, the area of "improving social value" came in fifth.
