SPELLING RULES
Articles to be submitted to Çatalhöyük International Journal of Tourism and Social Research should be prepared in accordance with the "Editorial Guidelines" presented below.
PAGE LAYOUT
Manuscript files should only be submitted in Microsoft Word format. A4 should be selected as paper type. Page layout (spacing) of the sections; "top: 2.5 cm", "bottom: 2.5 cm", "right: 2.5 cm", "left: 2.5 cm", "indent left: 0 cm", "indent right: 0 cm", "special: none".
ARTICLE LENGTH
Articles should not exceed 10000 words and should be prepared in a maximum of 25 pages. This article length includes the entire text including references and appendices, if any.
TYPE OF ARTICLE
Manuscripts should be written in Times New Roman, 11 font size, 1.15 spacing, aligned on both sides, and no page numbers should be given. Paragraph spacing should be before=0 pt, after=6 pt.
CITING SOURCES
Citations should be prepared in accordance with "APA 7 Referencing Guidelines". For detailed information, please refer to the "Article Template".
INTRODUCTION
In the "Introduction" section, you should identify that there is a knowledge gap in the topic you have chosen and then explain why you intend to fill this gap and why. What should be written in the introduction is the introduction of the problem, the importance of the problem, related research in the literature, the hypotheses and the research design that is compatible with the hypotheses.
CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK
This is the section where the key concepts used in the articles and the relationships between these concepts are presented in a pattern from general to specific, and the relevant concepts for that study are defined and their boundaries are drawn. If necessary, this section can be combined with the introduction. In this section, it is essential to present the problem that leads to the research.
METHOD
In articles, it is important to use analyses that will provide the most appropriate solution to the research problem. In this section, every detail such as population, sample, scale creation, research period should be included.
FINDINGS
The data obtained by evaluating the questions or hypotheses in the research should be explained in a certain logical-analytical integrity and flow. Figures and tables can also be used in these explanations. Data should be analyzed with appropriate statistical methods.
CONCLUSION, DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
General results are expressed clearly and concisely. The repetition of the statements given in the findings section should be avoided and more original statements should be included.
In the discussion section, comparisons are made with previous studies, inferences are made and differences can be interpreted.
Theoretical and practical recommendations are given depending on the conclusion and discussion section of the article.
REFERENCES
The sources used in the study are shown completely, paying attention to the alphabetical order.
