The developments that have taken place in information technology today have also affected the business concept and new business concepts have emerged. Virtual businesses can be shown as one of these businesses. The fact that virtual enterprises perform their activities independently of space and time has caused them to differentiate from traditional companies. These organization have been able to lift the hierarchy from scratch, to innovate, to meet consumer demands faster, and to use flexible organizational structures to gain competitive advantage. The independence of virtual organization from time and space has laid the foundation for the emergence of new forms of management. Along with the fact that employees can be from different geographical regions, there have been changes in the management function. How employees are connected to the objectives of the employer, how these employees are guided, or how auditing is to be done are questions to be answered. Virtual organization have tried to find solutions to these problems by adopting a unique management mentality and by daily adapting the functions of the management. In this study, the management concept of virtual organization will be explained and the point that these organization are different from traditional companies in terms of management functions will be mentioned
